We have enrolled our 2 girls in his class and it has been a wonderful experience for them. Master Kim has taught them respect, discipline, and focus. He is very patient with all kids of different ages and always encouraging them to do their best. His school and classes is a wonderful addition to the Ramsey community !

We appreciate Master Kim's experience, patience, and kindness with all the kids in the class. Not only is our son learning karate and practicing new movements and skills each week, but he is growing and becoming more confident in a large group of kids he has never met. We have heard other local classes are very monotonous and new belts are given in specific amount of weeks time, but here classes are always unique and fun and belts are given at the pace your child earns it.

My Daughter Lily is coming up on 1 year with Master Kim at Ramsey Taekwando. I cannot say enough about Master Kim and the the program he runs. The way he works with the children is beyond expectation. He teaches not only the skills of Taekwando but the respect and discipline of classmates and others. Master Kim is a “master” at his craft and expects the students to learn and earn their belts. Since Lily started at Taekwando she has been more confident, vocal and focused. Master Kim always makes it a point to instill confidence in the children and makes them aware that they are capable to do anything and if they keep trying they will succeed. I highly recommend Ramsey Taekwando!

Our 6 year old son has been going to weekly classes at Ramsey TaeKwonDo for over 2 years now and we love it. Master Kim is an excellent instructor who teaches patience, honesty, respect and discipline along with TaeKwonDo while having a fun class. The classes are small, coed and grouped according to age as well as skill levels. There is ample individual time for each student during class. Over the 2 years our son has moved up 2 belts, recently earning his Orange belt. The belts are truly EARNED through practice and testing......they are not given out. I highly recommend Ramsey TaeKwonDo to any parents interested in getting their kids involved in this type of activity.

Master Kim has an incredible gift for teaching children. My 5 year old son has been attending classes for the past month and has already learned so much. The kids are taught to listen, observe and be respectful in a fun and encouraging environment. I love that master Kim teaches life skills along with fabulous taekwando skills. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

My daughter has been going there since June and she really enjoys the class. Master Kim is motivating, encouraging, fun, and kind. It is a great place to learn the values of honor, respect, integrity and self-confidence. I love how Master Kim motivates my daughter and I can definitely see she has gained in confidence. Although many people think the martial arts are just about fighting, the truth is that the physical “kicking and punching” are really just the tools that I use to teach the more important, and MUCH more valuable lessons about yourself.
